Our Building

This church, built in 1871, was originally a United Methodist Church. The small church served a simple farming community well, until it was remodeled in the mid 1980s. Nearly doubling it's existing footprint, the church became the building it is today. This church is home to many memories from over the past 150 years, from weddings, baptisms, showers, birthdays, and celebration of life services. In 2024, the Methodist Church decided to close its doors, presenting a wonderful opportunity for a new chapter to begin. By mid 2025, this building was purchased by Mark and Stephanie Liechty, and The Nave was born. We're excited for the fresh new look that's emerging, and for all the future memories to be shared in this place.

A Setting Worth Remembering

The Sanctuary boasts hard wood flooring from the original portion of the church, dating back to 1871. It has plenty of natural light that floods in through the 6 stained glass windows and additionally has 6 antique leaded glass gothic style chandeliers hanging in the center. In the front of the sanctuary is an oversized wood archway held up by fluted columns. The sanctuary has quarter sawn oak curved pews that are able to seat aproximately 130 guests.
